Our first priority is, and will always be, the health and wellbeing of our members and their families. We also understand that these are very challenging times financially for many, which is why we have developed a financial relief program, full details of which can be found here

You are eligible to apply for the program if you are experiencing financial hardship because of the COVID-19 pandemic and you:

  • -   Are a CBHS Health Fund member who currently holds any level of hospital or Hospital and Extras cover

  • -   Joined on or before 27 March 2020

Please complete your details in the form and we will make a decision on applications within 3 business days of receipt of all supporting documents. You’ll then be advised by email or letter confirming any arrangements.
