Our optical Choice Network is made up of optometrists who have agreed to offer a selection of quality frames, lenses and contact lenses to CBHS members with Extras cover with little or no out-of-pocket expenses. CBHS members receive claim benefits of 100% (instead of the usual 70%) of the cost for optical frames, lenses and contact lenses from a selected range, up to the maximum limit per service and overall limits under your Extras cover.*
